Sono due bellissimi programmi che eseguono le operazioni di encoding e decoding di file MP3 e Wav. Le versioni freeware e le versioni a pagamento sono identiche, però la freeware vi installa anche i famosi spyware. Infatti abbiamo scaricato la versione freeware di "wav to mp3 encoder" e facendo una scansione con AdWare ci siamo ritrovati nel computer chiavi di registro e file di installazione di programmi spyware ed inutili. Nel readme dei questo programma c'e' scritto:

This software is distributed as freeware, meaning the use of it comes at no charge to the end-user. To continue to be able to provide our users with free software, we have partnered with Gator, webHancer, and eZula. Users may opt-out of installing all of these products, but we recommend that you accept installation. By accepting, you support MThree Development's costs and efforts, and you gain the functionality of some really cool programs (Gator/OfferCompanion, etc..)
You can easily uninstall webHancer, Gator, OfferCompanion, or eZula by going to StartMenu>Settings>Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs.

Come si legge e' possibile disinstallare questi "componenti aggiuntivi" nel pannello di controllo.
Sconsigliamo l'uso di questi due programmi di encoding/decoding.
